Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. You are allowed to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled time no more than once. All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment time.
